单宁酸型苯并恶嗪的开环聚合及其热性能

摘  要:为降低苯并恶嗪的开环聚合温度、提升可再生资源的利用价值,以单宁作为酚源替代部分双酚A制备了单宁-双酚A-苯胺型苯并恶嗪(T-Ba)。通过凝胶化时间、示差扫描量热分析(DSC)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)研究了单宁替代对苯并恶嗪开环聚合的影响,结果表明所有T-Ba的凝胶化时间、开环聚合的起始温度和峰值温度均低于双酚A-苯胺型苯并恶嗪(Ba),说明单宁的引入可以促进苯并恶嗪的开环聚合。此外,单宁的引入对苯并恶嗪的后期固化也有促进作用。采用热重分析(TGA)考察了T-Ba固化物的热稳定性,结果表明T-Ba与Ba固化物的热稳定性基本相同,单宁的引入几乎不影响苯并恶嗪聚合物的热性能。因而,以单宁为酚源合成苯并恶嗪具有良好的应用前景。In order to reduce the ring-opening polymerization(ROP)temperature of benzoxazine and enhance the value of renewable resources,tannin was used as a phenolic source to replace part of bisphenol A to synthesize tannin-bisphenol A-aniline based benzoxazine(T-Ba).The effect of tannin on the ROP of benzoxazine was studied through gel time,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The results showed that the gel time,initial temperature and peak temperature of ROP of all T-Ba were lower than those of bisphenol A and aniline-based benzoxazine(Ba),indicating that the introduction of tannin can promote the ROP of benzoxazine.Moreover,the introduction of tannin also can facilitate the post-cured process of benzoxazine.The thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)was employed to study the thermal stability of the cured T-Ba(PT-Ba).The result indicated that the thermal stability of PT-Ba was similar to that of the cured Ba,suggesting that the introduction of tannin hardly affects the thermal property of polybenzoxazine.Therefore,benzoxazine based on tannin shows a promising application.
