摘 要:通过三种工艺对掺杂质量分数1%固化剂和无固化剂的4,4'-二氨基二苯醚型苯并恶嗪(ODA-BZ)进行热处理,再采用综合热分析仪对样品进行示差扫描量热和热重联用测试。结果表明:热历史降低了样品放热峰温度,扩大了固化温度范围,削弱了固化反应剧烈程度。相对于无固化剂样品,含固化剂样品的热稳定性更低,表现为质量热损失速率增大及600℃质量残留率降低。有无固化剂导致的ODA-BZ热固化差异使其高温下的热降解机制有所不同。复合材料用ODA-BZ基体的优选技术方案是无固化剂及采用185℃/1 h+205℃/1 h两阶段热处理工艺。The 4,4'-oxydianiline type benzoxazines(ODA-BZ)doped with 1 wt%curing agent and no curing agent were heat-treated by three processes,and then the samples were tested by differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis using a comprehensive thermal analyzer.The results showed that the thermal history shifted the exothermic peak temperature of the sample to a lower valuere,expanded the curing temperature range,and weakened the curing reaction intensity.The thermal stability of the sample containing curing agent was lower than that of the sample without curing agent,which was manifested by the increase of mass heat loss rate and the decrease of mass residual rate at 600℃.The difference in thermal curing of ODA-BZ caused by the presence or absence of curing agent made the thermal degradation mechanism at high temperature different.The preferred technical scheme of ODA-BZ matrix for composite materials is no curing agent and two-stage heat treatment process of 185℃/1 h+205℃/1 h.
