摘  要:为了获得环氧浇注绝缘子的快速固化工艺,提高生产效率,采用DSC对环氧复合材料预混物进行非等温固化,系统检测和分析了不同固化条件下的固化度、固化材料的性能,优选了环氧复合材料恒温固化工艺。通过与恒温固化工艺的对比研究,获得了该环氧复合材料的快速固化工艺。采用该工艺所制备的252 kV盆式绝缘子的雷电冲击、工频耐受、局放测试、水压测试等结果均满足技术要求,该工艺与恒温固化工艺相比,固化时间缩短10 h,生产效率提升了59.4%。In order to obtain a rapid curing process for epoxy cast insulators and improve production efficiency,DSC was used for non isothermal curing of epoxy composite premix.The curing degree and properties of cured materials under different curing conditions were systematically tested and analyzed,and the epoxy composite material constant temperature curing process was optimized.By comparing with the constant temperature curing process,a rapid curing process for the epoxy composite material was obtained.The lightning impulse,power frequency withstand,partial discharge test,water pressure test and other results of the 252 kV basin insulator prepared by this process met the technical requirements.The rapid curing process shortened the curing time by 10 hours compared to the constant temperature curing process,and increased production efficiency by 59.4%.
