摘　　要：采用示差扫描量热法(DSC)考察了一种酚醛环氧乙烯基酯树脂/高温固化剂体系的固化特性,基于固化特性研究了固化工艺对树脂浇铸体耐热性能的影响,包括玻璃化转变温度、热失重等。结果表明:该酚醛环氧乙烯基酯树脂的固化反应起始温度、峰值温度和终止温度分别为125.96、140.17和151.74℃。固化剂用量和低收缩剂对树脂的固化反应有较大影响,特别是加入低收缩剂后同等固化条件下树脂的固化程度降低,后固化处理提高了树脂浇铸体的耐热性。The curing characteristics of novolac epoxy vinyl ester resin with high temperature hardener system was studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).Based on the curing characteristics,the influence of curing process on heat resistance of resin casting was studied,including glass transition temperature,weight loss rate,etc.The results indicated that the initial reaction temperature,peak reaction temperature and the terminal temperature were 125.96,140.17 and 151.74℃,respectively.Both the hardener content and low shrinkage agent had much influence on curing reaction,especially the latter reduced the curing degree obviously.Post curing improved the heat resistance of resin casting.
