摘 要:环氧树脂水泥因具有施工方便,力学性能好和耐候性强等优点,被广泛用于交通基础设施的建设和修复。本文介绍了环氧树脂的固化机理以及环氧树脂对水泥的改性机理。分析了环氧树脂用量和养护条件对环氧树脂水泥的凝结时间、流动性、孔隙特征、力学性能和耐候性的影响及原因。此外,还综述了环氧树脂水泥在道路破损修复、地基路基加固和桥梁修复加固工程中应用的研究进展,并对未来环氧树脂水泥的设计方法和施工方式作出展望。Epoxy resin cement is widely used in the construction and repair of transportation infrastructure due to its convenient construction,good mechanical properties,and excellent weather resistance.The curing mechanism of epoxy resin and the modification mechanism of epoxy resin on cement were introduced in this paper.The influence and reasons of epoxy resin dosage and curing conditions on the setting time,flowability,pore characteristics,mechanical properties,and weather resistance of epoxy resin cement were analyzed.Additionally,the research progresses of epoxy resin cement in pavement damage repair,subgrade reinforcement,bridge repair and reinforcement projects were reviewed,and prospects for the design methods and construction methods of epoxy resin cement in the future were provided.
