摘　　要：目的:探究心理治疗联合利培酮治疗中青年精神分裂症的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年1月临沂市心理医院收治的80例中青年精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用利培酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加心理治疗。对比两组治疗效果、简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。干预前,两组BPRS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组BPRS评分降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:心理治疗联合利培酮治疗中青年精神分裂症的效果较好,可以改善患者的精神状态,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of psychotherapy combined with risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia in young and middle-aged patients.Methods:A total of 80 young and middle-aged patients with schizophrenia admitted to Linyi Psychological Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with risperidone alone,while the observation group received psychotherapy in addition to risperidone.The treatment efficacy,Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)scores,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in BPRS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the BPRS scores in both groups decreased,with the observation group showing significantly lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Psychotherapy combined with risperidone is effective in the treatment of schizophrenia in young and middle-aged patients,improving their mental state and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.
