加强药物疗法联合鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析加强药物疗法联合鼻内镜手术在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月深圳市龙岗区第三人民医院耳鼻喉科收治的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=40,鼻内镜手术治疗)与研究组(n=40,在对照组基础上采用加强药物疗法)。比较两组治疗效果、炎性因子及血管内皮生长因子水平、症状积分、复发情况。结果:与对照组相比,研究组治疗总有效率更高(P<0.001);术后13周,两组白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α、血管内皮生长因子水平降低,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);术后13周,两组鼻塞程度、流涕情况、嗅觉减退、头晕头痛评分降低,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组复发率低于对照组(P=0.002)。结论:加强药物疗法联合鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的效果较好,能够减轻临床症状,降低炎性因子水平,减少复发。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of enhanced drug therapy combined with endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods:Patients with chronic rhinosinusitis treated in the Department of Otolaryngology at the Shenzhen Longgang District Third People's Hospital,from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=40,treated with endoscopic sinus surgery alone)and a study group(n=40,treated with enhanced drug therapy on the basis of control group).The treatment efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial growth factor,symptom scores,and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the study group exhibited a significantly higher total effective rate(P<0.001).At 13 weeks post-operation,the levels of interleukin-1,interleukin-1β,tumor necrosis factor-α,and vascular endothelial growth factor decreased in both groups,with the study group showing lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the scores for nasal obstruction,rhinorrhea,hyposmia,dizziness,and headache decreased in both groups,with the study group scoring lower than the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P=0.002).Conclusion:Enhanced drug therapy combined with endoscopic sinus surgery demonstrates superior efficacy in treating chronic rhinosinusitis,effectively alleviating clinical symptoms,reducing inflammatory factor levels,and decreasing recurrence rates.
