布地格福吸入气雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察布地格福吸入气雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)的效果。方法:选取印江土家族苗族自治县人民医院2022年1月—2023年12月收治的95例慢阻肺患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(50例)与对照组(45例)。对照组采用布地奈德福莫特罗吸入粉雾剂治疗,观察组采用布地格福吸入气雾剂治疗。比较两组临床疗效、肺功能指标、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);治疗后,两组第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量、最大通气量水平升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论:布地格福吸入气雾剂治疗慢阻肺的效果显著,可有效促进患者肺功能恢复,安全性较高。Objective:To observe the efficacy of budesonide/formoterol Inhalation Aerosol in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 95 COPD patients admitted to Yinjiang Tujia and Miao Autonomous County People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into an observation group(n=50)and a control group(n=45).The control group was treated with budesonide/formoterol inhalation powder,while the observation group was treated with budesonide/formoterol inhalation aerosol.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function indicators,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.001).After treatment,both groups showed increases in forced expiratory volume in the first second,forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity,and maximum ventilation volume,with the observation group being higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.002).Conclusion:Budesonide/formoterol inhalation aerosol has a significant effect in the treatment of COPD,effectively promoting the recovery of pulmonary function with high safety.
