香砂六君子汤加减联合四联疗法治疗脾虚气滞型幽门螺杆菌感染慢性胃炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:研究香砂六君子汤加减联合四联疗法治疗脾虚气滞型幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染慢性胃炎的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年6月无锡市中医医院收治的60例脾虚气滞型Hp感染慢性胃炎患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(应用四联疗法治疗)和观察组(在对照组基础上联合香砂六君子汤加减治疗),各30例。对比两组中医症状积分、Hp转阴率和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组嗳气反酸、胃痛、乏力、恶心呕吐评分均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组Hp转阴率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率比对照组低(P=0.003)。结论:香砂六君子汤联合四联疗法治疗脾虚气滞型Hp感染慢性胃炎的效果理想,可有效减轻临床症状,安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction combined with quadruple therapy in treating chronic gastritis with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type.Methods:From January 2022 to June 2024,60 patients with chronic gastritis and Hp infection of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type admitted to Wuxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into a control group(treated with quadruple therapy)and an observation group(treated with modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on the basis of control group),with 30 cases in each group.The TCM symptom scores,hp eradication rate,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores for belching,acid regurgitation,stomachache,fatigue,nausea,and vomiting decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the Hp eradication rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.003).Conclusion:Modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction combined with quadruple therapy is effective in treating chronic gastritis with Hp infection of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type,significantly alleviating clinical symptoms with high safety.
