桑白皮汤加减治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热型患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探究桑白皮汤加减治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热型患者的效果。方法:选取2019年9月—2023年12月颍上县中医院收治的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热型患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加桑白皮汤加减治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、肺功能。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.011);治疗后,两组胸闷、喘息、喉中痰鸣、咳黄痰评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、呼气峰值流速、第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量水平升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:桑白皮汤加减治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热型患者的临床效果较好,能够减轻临床症状,提高肺功能。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of modified Sangbaipi decoction in treating patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of phlegm-heat type.Methods:Sixty patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of phlegm-heat type admitted to Fuyang Yingshang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,while the observation group received additional modified Sangbaipi decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and pulmonary function were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P=0.011).After treatment,the scores for chest tightness,wheezing,phlegm rale in the throat,and yellow sputum were significantly reduced in both groups,with the observation group showing lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity,peak expiratory flow and forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity in both groups increased,the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Sangbaipi decoction demonstrates favorable clinical efficacy in treating patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of phlegm-heat type,effectively alleviating clinical symptoms and improving pulmonary function.
