补肾解毒通络方联合程氏活血膏治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾解毒通络方联合程氏活血膏治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月常州金坛老人山骨科医院收治的60例RA患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30,运用常规西医治疗方案)、观察组(n=30,在对照组基础上联合补肾解毒通络方、程氏活血膏治疗)。对比两组关节疼痛情况、疾病活动度、炎性因子、中医证候积分、疗效。结果:治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分法、28个关节疾病活动度评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、红细胞沉降率水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组晨僵、关节肿胀、关节疼痛、关节屈伸不利评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.044)。结论:西医联合补肾解毒通络方内服、程氏活血膏外敷治疗RA的效果显著,可以缓解RA患者的关节疼痛,降低疾病活动度及炎性因子水平,改善临床症状。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bushen Jiedu Tongluo formula combined with Chengshi Huoxue ointment in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:A total of 60 RA patients admitted to Changzhou Jintan Laorenshan Orthopedic Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=30,treated with conventional western medicine)and an observation group(n=30,treated with Bushen Jiedu Tongluo formula and Chengshi Huoxue ointment in addition to the conventional treatment).The joint pain,disease activity,inflammatory factors,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and therapeutic efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the Visual Analog Scale and 28-joint Disease Activity Score decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,and erythrocyte sedimentation rate decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).The scores for morning stiffness,joint swelling,joint pain,and limited joint flexion and extension decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.044).Conclusion:The combination of western medicine with oral Bushen Jiedu Tongluo formula and external application Chengshi Huoxue ointment significantly improves the treatment of RA,alleviates joint pain,reduces disease activity and inflammatory factor levels,and improves clinical symptoms.
