维生素B_(12)穴位注射治疗头晕头痛的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探究维生素B_(12)穴位注射治疗头晕头痛的效果与安全性。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年7月遵义市汇川区高坪社区卫生服务中心收治的头晕头痛患者60例为研究对象,随机分为参照组和试验组,各30例。参照组采用盐酸倍他司汀、盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊常规治疗,试验组联合维生素B_(12)穴位注射治疗。比较两组疼痛程度、不良反应发生率、疗效。结果:治疗后,两组口述分级评分法评分降低,试验组低于参照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P=0.020)。结论:盐酸倍他司汀、盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊联合维生素B_(12)穴位注射可缓解头晕头痛患者的疼痛症状,安全性好,效果显著。Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of vitamin B_(12)acupoint injection in the treatment of dizziness and headache.Methods:Sixty patients with dizziness and headache admitted to Zunyi Huichuan District Gaoping Community Health Service Center,from January 2023 to July 2024 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with betahistine hydrochloride and flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,while the experimental group received additional vitamin B_(12)acupoint injection.The pain intensity,incidence of adverse reactions,and therapeutic efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the Verbal Rating Scale scores of both groups decreased,with the experimental group scoring lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.020).Conclusion:The combination of betahistine hydrochloride,flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,and vitamin B_(12)acupoint injection can alleviate pain symptoms in patients with dizziness and headache,demonstrating good safety and significant efficacy.
