摘　　要：目的:探讨杨氏排卵颗粒、麦芽茶联合枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗高催乳素(PRL)血症导致排卵障碍性不孕症的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月在广州市荔湾区中医院妇科治疗的106例高PRL血症所致排卵障碍性不孕症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组单用枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合杨氏促排卵颗粒、麦芽茶治疗。对比两组临床疗效、子宫内膜容受性、排卵情况及性激素水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.004);治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度、优势卵泡直径、优势卵泡数升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组促黄体生成素、PRL水平低于治疗前,对照组PRL水平低于治疗前,且观察组促黄体生成素、PRL水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:杨氏排卵颗粒、麦芽茶联合枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗高PRL血症导致排卵障碍性不孕症的临床效果较好,能够改善子宫内膜情况及排卵情况,降低LH、PRL水平。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yang's ovulation-promoting granules,malt tea,and clomiphene citrate tablets in treating infertility due to ovulatory dysfunction caused by hyperprolactinemia(PRL).Methods:A total of 106 patients with infertility due to ovulatory dysfunction caused by hyperprolactinemia treated at Guangzhou Liwan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clomiphene citrate tablets alone,while the observation group received Yang's ovulation-promoting granules and malt tea in addition to the treatment given to the control group.The clinical efficacy,endometrial receptivity,ovulation status,and sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.004).After treatment,the endometrial thickness,dominant follicle diameter,and number of dominant follicles increased in both groups,with the observation group showing higher values than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone and PRL in the observation group were lower than those before treatment,and the PRL level in the control group was also lower than before treatment,the levels of LH and PRL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Yang's ovulation-promoting granules,malt tea,and clomiphene citrate tablets is effective in treating infertility due to ovulatory dysfunction caused by hyperprolactinemia,improving endometrial condition and ovulation status,and reducing LH and PRL levels.
