摘　　要：目的:探究中医护理干预在无痛人工流产术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月遵义市播州区中医院收治的无痛人工流产术患者80例为研究对象,经抽签法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组实施常规护理联合中医护理干预,对照组实施常规护理干预。对比两组术后不适症状评分、数字评分法评分、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果:术后3 d,两组恶心呕吐、头晕眼花、腰膝酸软、神疲乏力、腹痛、情绪异常评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);术后6 h、1 d、2 d、3 d,两组数字评分法评分下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.025);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P=0.013)。结论:中医护理干预可减轻无痛人工流产术后患者的不适症状,缓解疼痛,减少术后并发症,提高护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing intervention in patients after painless induced abortion.Methods:A total of 80 patients who underwent painless induced abortion at the Zunyi Bozhou District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group,using a lottery method.The observation group received routine nursing combined with TCM nursing intervention,while the control group received routine nursing intervention only.Postoperative discomfort symptom scores,Numerical Rating Scale scores,complication rates,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Three days after the operation,the scores for nausea and vomiting,dizziness,soreness of the waist and knees,fatigue,abdominal pain,and emotional abnormalities decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).At 6 hours,1 day,2 days,and 3 days postoperatively,the Numerical Rating Scale decreased in both groups,with the observation group exhibiting lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.025).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.013).Conclusion:TCM nursing intervention can alleviate postoperative discomfort symptoms,relieve pain,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction in patients after painless induced abortion.
