摘　　要：目的:探究基于奥马哈系统的健康教育在青光眼手术患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月于桂林医学院第二附属医院接受手术治疗的青光眼患者65例为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为研究组(32例,基于奥马哈系统的健康教育)、对照组(33例,常规护理干预)。对比两组遵医行为、相关知识掌握率及并发症发生情况。结果:研究组正确用药、健康饮食、科学作息、定期复查、不良用眼习惯评分高于对照组(P<0.001);研究组疾病相关知识掌握率高于对照组(P=0.026);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.044)。结论:基于奥马哈系统的健康教育在青光眼手术患者中的应用效果较好,能够提高患者的遵医行为以及疾病相关知识掌握率,减少并发症。Objective:To explore the application value of health education based on the Omaha system in glaucoma surgery patients.Methods:Sixty-five glaucoma patients who underwent surgery at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical University from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into a study group(32 cases,receiving health education based on the Omaha system)and a control group(33 cases,receiving conventional nursing intervention).Compliance behavior,mastery rate of related knowledge,and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results:The study group scored higher than the control group in correct medication,healthy diet,scientific work-rest schedule,regular follow-up,and avoidance of poor eye habits(P<0.001).The mastery rate of disease-related knowledge in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.026).The complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.044).Conclusion:Health education based on the Omaha system demonstrates favorable application effects in glaucoma surgery patients,improving compliance behavior and mastery of disease-related knowledge while reducing complications.
