摘　　要：目的:探讨急性心梗患者经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后早期实施心理护理干预对心功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月嘉兴市中医医院收治的急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者120例,随机分为对照组和干预组,每组60例。对照组进行常规护理,干预组增加早期心理护理干预。比较两组心功能、满意度及生活质量。结果:干预后,干预组左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径降低,左室射血分数升高,干预组优于对照组(P<0.05);干预组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027);干预后,两组生理功能、心理状态、社会功能评分升高,干预组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后实施早期心理护理干预对心功能恢复具有积极影响,能够提高患者满意度及生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of early psychological nursing intervention on cardiac function recovery in patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 120 acute myocardial infarction patients who underwent PCI at Jiaxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the intervention group received additional early psychological nursing intervention.Cardiac function,satisfaction,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the left ventricular enddiastolic diameter and left ventricular end-systolic diameter decreased,and the left ventricular ejection fraction increased in the intervention group compared to the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction level in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P=0.027).Post-intervention,the scores for physiological function,psychological state,and social function improved in both groups,with the intervention group showing higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early psychological nursing intervention in acute myocardial infarction patients after PCI has a positive impact on cardiac function recovery and can enhance patient satisfaction and quality of life.
