摘　　要：目的:观察协同护理对电子支气管镜下局部治疗气管支气管结核患者的影响。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年2月于广州市胸科医院进行电子支气管镜下局部治疗的249例气管支气管结核患者,依照随机数字表法分为观察组(128例)和对照组(121例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用协同护理。比较两组恢复情况、手术时间、检查依从性、不良反应发生情况、临床疗效。结果:观察组肺部病灶吸收、痰菌转阴、镜下显示病情好转率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术时间短于对照组,检查依从性评分高于对照组(P<0.001);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P=0.008);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.006)。结论:协同护理可以提高气管支气管结核患者的治疗依从性,缩短电子支气管镜下局部治疗时间,并且能够提高治疗效果,减少不良反应。Objective:To investigate the effect of collaborative nursing on local treatment of tracheobronchial tuberculosis patients via electronic bronchoscopy.Methods:A total of 249 patients with tracheobronchial tuberculosis who underwent local treatment via electronic bronchoscopy at Guangzhou Chest Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(n=128)and a control group(n=121)using a random number table.The control group received conventional nursing,while the observation group received collaborative nursing in addition to the conventional nursing.The recovery status,operation time,examination compliance,incidence of adverse reactions,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group showed higher rates of lung lesion absorption,sputum conversion to negative,and improvement under bronchoscopy compared to the control group(P<0.05).The operation time in the observation group was shorter,and the examination compliance score was higher than in the control group(P<0.001).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than in the control group(P=0.008).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than in the control group(P=0.006).Conclusion:Collaborative nursing can enhance treatment compliance,reduce the operation time of local treatment via electronic bronchoscopy,improve therapeutic efficacy,and decrease adverse reactions in patients with tracheobronchial tuberculosis.
