光激化学发光法检测梅毒螺旋体特异性抗体的价值研究

摘　　要：目的:分析光激化学发光法检测梅毒螺旋体特异性抗体的价值。方法:选取2022年11月—2023年11月于淄博市周村区人民医院行手术治疗、介入治疗、分娩、输血等住院患者200例作为研究对象,均利用光激化学发光法、酶联免疫吸附法、梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集试验检测梅毒螺旋体特异性抗体。分析检测结果。结果:将梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验检测结果作为“金标准”,200例住院患者检出阳性16例,阴性184例;经光激化学发光法检测真阳性15例,真阴性175例(Kappa=0.895,P=0.031);经酶联免疫吸附法检测真阳性10例,真阴性160例(Kappa=0.804,P=0.038)。光激化学发光法检测的准确率、灵敏度、特异度均高于酶联免疫吸附法(P<0.05)。结论:光激化学发光法检测梅毒螺旋体特异性抗体的价值良好,能够为梅毒诊断及拟定治疗方案提供依据。Objective:To analyze the value of chemiluminescence immunoassay in the detection of treponema pallidum specific antibodies.Methods:A total of 200 inpatients who underwent surgical treatment,interventional therapy,delivery,or blood transfusion at Zibo Zhoucun District People's Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as study subjects.Treponema pallidum specific antibodies were detected using chemiluminescence immunoassay,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and treponema pallidum particle agglutination test.The detection results were analyzed.Results:Using treponema pallidum particle agglutination test as the"gold standard",16 positive cases and 184 negative cases were identified among the 200 inpatients.Chemiluminescence immunoassay detected 15 true positive cases and 175 true negative cases(Kappa=0.895,P=0.031).Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay detected 10 true positive cases and 160 true negative cases(Kappa=0.804,P=0.038).The accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of chemiluminescence immunoassay were significantly higher than those of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(P<0.05).Conclusion:The chemiluminescence immunoassay method has a good value in the detection of treponema pallidum specific antibodies and can provide a reliable basis for syphilis diagnosis and treatment planning.
