摘　　要：学龄前儿童牙科畏惧症是阻碍儿童就诊的重要原因之一,探究其影响因素有利于医护人员进行针对性干预,确保学龄前儿童的依从性及就诊率。该文回顾国内外学者研究学龄前儿童牙科畏惧症的相关影响因素,指出个体因素、家庭因素、口腔医生和就诊环境因素及社会文化因素均会影响儿童对牙科治疗的心理反应。学龄前儿童牙科畏惧症的发生受多种因素影响,多方面了解相关影响因素,可为今后的儿童牙科干预和治疗提供有针对性的措施。Dental fear in preschool children is one of the significant factors hindering their dental visits.Investigating the influencing factors is beneficial for healthcare professionals to implement targeted interventions,ensuring the compliance and visit rate of preschool children.This article reviews the research on related influencing factors of dental fear in preschool children by domestic and international scholars,indicating that individual factors,family factors,dental practitioners,clinical environment factors,and socio-cultural factors all influence children's psychological responses to dental treatment.The occurrence of dental fear in preschool children is influenced by multiple factors,and a comprehensive understanding of these factors can provide targeted measures for future dental interventions and treatments in children.
