摘 要:目的分析中药白花蛇舌草、半枝莲抗宫颈癌研究现状,以期对我国白花蛇舌草和半枝莲抗宫颈癌研究提供一定的参考作用。方法检索中国知网、维普网、万方数据库、PubMed、SinoMed数据库收载的白花蛇舌草和半枝莲抗宫颈癌的研究,检索时间为建库至2024年7月15日,对纳入的文献信息包括作者、发表时间、期刊、研究单位等,以及白花蛇舌草和半枝莲的实验模型、通路靶点、实验效果/机制等进行回顾性分析。结果收集到相关符合要求实验类文献共27篇,其中白花蛇舌草相关的文献有16篇,涉及作者11位;半枝莲相关的文献有11篇,涉及作者10位。其受助发文率分别为50.0%和81.8%;一半以上的研究均采用细胞模型;37.5%的研究文献认为白花蛇舌草抗宫颈癌机制与Ki-67基因有关,27.2%的研究文献提出半枝莲抗宫颈癌机制与VEGF靶点有关。结论白花蛇舌草和半枝莲抗宫颈癌实验研究文献数量并不多,基金资助比例和等级较高,但对其作用机制研究的深度不够,对于该领域的研究热情和创新度有待提高。Objective To analyze the research status of Traditional Chinese Medicine such as Hedyotis diffusa and Scutellaria barbata in anti-cervical cancer,in order to provide some reference for the research of Hedyotis diffusa and Scutellaria barbata in anti-cervical cancer in our country.Methods The studies on the anti-cervical cancer effects of Hedyotis diffusa and Scutellaria barbata were searched in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP,Wanfang Database,PubMed and SinoMed database from the establishment of the database until July 15,2024.The included literature information included author,publication time,journal,research institution,etc.The experimental models,pathway targets,experimental effects/mechanisms of Hedyotis diffusa and Scutellaria barbata were retrospectively analyzed.Results A total of 27 experimental literatures that met the requirements were collected,of which 16 were related to Hedyotis diffusa,involving 11 authors.There were 11 literatures related to Scutellaria barbata,involving 10 authors.The assisted publication rates were 50.0%and 81.8%,respectively.More than half of the studies used cell models.37.5%of research literatures suggested that the anti-cervical cancer mechanism of Hedyotis diffusa was related to Ki-67 gene,and 27.2%of research literatures suggested that the anti-cervical cancer mechanism of Scutellaria barbata was related to VEGF targets.Conclusions There are few experimental studies on the anti-cervical cancer of Hedtis diffusa and Scutellaria barbata,the proportion and level of funding are relatively high.However,the depth of research on its mechanism is not enough,the research enthusiasm and innovation in this field need to be improved.
