摘　　要：依靠全面深化改革发展新型生产关系,是适应新时代我国社会基本矛盾运动的新变化的必然选择。从可能性看,二者都以解放和发展新质生产力为核心标准,以满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要为价值归属,统一于中国式现代化的实践主题。新型生产关系既是生产活动中包含诸环节要素的复杂系统,也是人类社会发展有机结构的重要环节。从理论机理看,要依靠整体性改革构建多维立体的新型生产关系;要依靠拓展性改革增强新型生产关系的数字交互性;要依靠协同性改革在把握“生产力-生产关系-上层建筑”的作用逻辑中明确完善新型生产关系的着力点。从实践路径看,在进一步全面深化改革的实践进程中,要坚持和完善社会主义基本经济制度,构建与社会主义相适应的新型生产关系;健全因地制宜发展新质生产力体制机制,形成与新质生产力相适应的新型生产关系;加快构建促进数智经济发展的体制机制,发展与数智时代相适应的新型生产关系。Relying on comprehensive deepening of reform to develop new production relations is an inevitable choice to adapt to the new changes in the movement of fundamental contradictions in Chinese society in the new era.From the perspective of possibility,both of them take the liberation and development of new quality productive forces as the core standard,meet the people's growing needs for a better life as the value attribution,and are unified in the practice theme of Chinese path to modernization.The new production relations are not only a complex system containing various elements in production activities,but also an important link in the organic structure of human social development.From a theoretical perspective,it is necessary to rely on holistic reforms to construct a multidimensional and three-dimensional new type of production relationship;we need to rely on expansionary reforms to enhance the digital interactivity of new production relations;we need to rely on collaborative reform to clarify and improve the focus of the new type of production relations in grasping the logic of the role of“productivity-production relations-superstructure”.From the perspective of practical path,in the process of further deepening reform comprehensively,we must adhere to and improve the socialist basic economic system,and construct a new type of production relations that are compatible with socialism;establish a sound system and mechanism for developing new quality productive forces according to local conditions,and form a new type of production relationship that is compatible with new quality productive forces;accelerate the construction of institutional mechanisms to promote the development of the digital intelligence economy,and develop new production relations that are compatible with the digital intelligence age.
