媒介基础设施化、新闻弥散与倦怠社会的纾解

摘　　要：全球数字媒体生态正在加速基础设施化,媒介系统逐渐成为不同社会生活范畴不可或缺的物质基础与制度配置。在媒介基础设施化的过程中,实践和文化逐渐为数字性逻辑所支配,人不断丧失把握自身生活经验的自主权,陷入持续的疲惫状态与分裂的主体危机,倦怠社会由是形成。媒介基础设施化基于其技术架构、协议与标准、网络化关系三重结构要素,导致了新闻弥散的生态后果。在弥散的属性和效应中,新闻逐渐成为一种永动流通、天然仪式化、崇尚相对主义真实观的媒介文化的代表,在倦怠社会的兴起中扮演了关键中介角色。然而,新闻天然的公共文化基因也为其赋予了不可替代的认识论价值和行动主义潜能,令其始终与媒介系统保持既相互依存、又彼此牴牾的张力关系。数字新闻业应探索开放性和尚古主义两条路径以维系自身独特的生态位,从内部制衡媒介系统的基础设施化逻辑,重建有孔隙的公共生活。The global digital media ecosystem is undergoing fast infrastructuralization,therefore becoming an indispensable material base and institutional arrangement for various domains of social life.During the process,social practices and cultures gradually fall under the domination of digital logic,while human beings come to lose autonomy in defining their own life experiences and are trapped in everlasting conditions of fatigue and existential crisis.Thus forms the Burnout Society.Media infrastructuralization consists of three structural elements,that are technological architectures,protocols and standards,and networked relationships,which lead to the ecological consequence of news dispersion,wherein news turns into an eternally dynamic,naturally ritualistic,and relatively authentic media cultural pattern,thus playing a key intermediary role in the rise of the Burnout Society.However,journalism's nature as a form of public culture endows it with irreplaceable epistemic values as well as the potential of activism,establishing a contradictory tension between the news subecosystem and the general media ecosystem.Digital journalism should explore the two approaches of openness and primitivism to sustain its ecological niche,counterbalance the infrastructuralization logic from the inside of the media system,and rebuild a porous public life.
