规避“索洛悖论”:中国新闻业的人工智能赋能路径——基于通用目的技术的分析

摘  要:随着人工智能技术的不断演进,中国新闻业近年来也掀起了AI转型的浪潮。然而,在这一转型过程中出现的传播和经营双重收益困境及其背后的制度和人才短板,却预示着“技术难以带来生产率提升”的“索洛悖论”逐渐成为横亘在新闻业转型路上的隐忧。从通用目的技术(GPTs)的基本特征出发,应以制度建设提高“渗透性”,以培养非常规能力优化“替代性”,以单一代理模式增强“协同性”,并在价值责任履行和多元市场经营两个板块激活“创造性”,从而规避中国新闻业“索洛悖论”,进而推动主流媒体的系统性变革。With the continuous evolution of artificial intelligence technology,the Chinese news industry has also sparked a wave of AI transformation in recent years.However,during this transformation process,the dual dilemmas of communication and operational earnings,along with the institutional and talent shortages underlying them,indicate that the"Solow Paradox",which posits that"technology fails to bring about productivity improvements",is gradually emerging as a hidden concern obstructing the transformation of the news industry.Based on the basic characteristics of"General Purpose Technologies"(GPTs),the research holds that improving"permeability"through institutional construction,optimizing"substitutability"through the cultivation of unconventional abilities,enhancing""synergy"through a single agency model,and achieving"creativity"in the fulfllment of value responsibilities and diversified market operations will be the keys to avoiding the""Solow Paradox""and promoting systematic transformation of China's news industry.
