摘　　要：随着现代科技的飞速发展,历史建筑的保护与修缮工作迎来了新的机遇。本文聚焦于如何利用现代技术手段进行历史建筑的保护与修缮,并以方塔园何陋轩为例进行深入分析。通过阐述现代技术在提升保护精准度、延长建筑寿命及增强建筑结构稳定性等方面的重要性,本文进一步探讨了三维激光扫描技术、倾斜摄影测量技术及虚拟现实技术等现代技术手段在历史建筑保护与修缮中的具体应用策略。实践表明,这些现代技术的运用不仅有效保护了历史建筑的原貌和历史价值,还为后续的建筑维护与学术研究提供了宝贵资源。本文的研究对于推动历史建筑保护工作的科学化、精细化与高效化发展具有重要意义。With the rapid development of modern technology,historical buildings'protection and restoration work has encountered new opportunities.This paper focuses on how to use modern technological means to protect and restore historical buildings,and conducts in-depth analysis based on the Helou xuan in Fangta Yuan.By explaining the importance of modern technology in improving protection accuracy,extending building life,and enhancing building structural stability,this paper further explores the specific application strategies of modern technological means such as 3D laser scanning technology,oblique photography measurement technology,and virtual reality technology in the protection and restoration of historical buildings.Practice has shown that the application of these modern technologies not only effectively protects the original appearance and historical value of historical buildings,but also provides valuable resources for subsequent building maintenance and academic research.This study is of great significance for promoting the scientific,precise and efficient development of historical building protection work.
