摘  要:为解决有筛粉碎机粉碎过程中存在的粉碎效果不理想和筛片易堵塞等问题,设计一种棉花秸秆无筛粉碎机的粉碎刀辊。通过对锤片工作过程分析,明确影响粉碎刀辊工作的主要参数;优化粉碎刀辊的L改进型锤片和总体结构设计。ANSYS Workbench软件对L改进型锤片的静力学分析显示,锤片最大变形量为1.4823 mm,最大应力为145.88 MPa,满足工作时锤片强度需要;由粉碎主轴模态分析可知,粉碎主轴转动过程中不会产生激烈振动现象。对粉碎刀辊在2060 r/min、2360 r/min、2660 r/min不同转速情况下进行单因素试验,粉碎刀辊转速为2660 r/min时,粉碎效果达到最好,粉碎粒径合格率为92.4%。与已有秸秆无筛粉碎机进行性能对比试验,结果表明,该棉花秸秆无筛粉碎机粉碎粒径合格率提高2.1%。研究结果为棉花秸秆无筛粉碎机粉碎刀辊的设计和作业分析提供参考。In order to solve problems such as unsatisfactory effect and easily blocked in the process of cotton straw crushing with sieve crusher,a kind of crushing roller based on the principle of no-sieve crushing was designed.After analyzing the working process of the hammers,the mathematical model of the collision process between the L-improved hammer blade and the cotton straw and the influence process of the crushing roller on the axial movement of the cotton straw is established,the main parameters affecting the operation of the crushing roller are clarified,the structure,quantity and arrangement of L-improved hammer blade are determined furtherly,and the design of the crushing knife roller throwing device and the overall structure is carried out.The static analysis of the L-improved hammer blade by ANSYS Workbench software shows that the maximum deformation of the hammer is 1.4823 mm and the maximum stress is 145.88 MPa,which can meet the strength requirements of the hammer blade during operation,the modal analysis of the crushing spindle indicates that crushing spindle will not produce intense vibration phenomenon during the rotation.The results of the single-factor experiment on the crushing roller in 2060 r/min,2360 r/min,2660 r/min different speeds,show that the crushing effect is the best when the rotating speed of the grinding roller is 2660 r/min,and the qualified rate of grinding particle size is 92.4%.Comparative performance test with the existing no-sieve cotton straw crusher is carried,the results show that the no-sieve cotton straw crusher crushing particle size qualification rate increases by 2.1%.The research results can provide reference for the design and operation analysis of the crushing roller of the cotton straw no-sieve crusher.
