摘 要:针对当前水稻考种作业强度大、操作复杂、测量精度易受人为因素影响等问题,结合自主设计的水稻智能考种平台,基于PLC与LabVIEW协同的控制逻辑设计并开发水稻穗长测量系统。该系统采用Legion Y7000 PC作为上位机、维控LX3V PLC作为下位机,结合拉力传感器控制丝杠电机拉直稻穗,配合高精度编码器获取稻穗长度,实现对稻穗长度信息、拉力传感器信息的实时采集、监测与记录。以晚籼98、常农粳3稻穗进行穗长测量试验,试验表明,系统通过上位机与PLC的协同控制,能够实现稻穗的拉伸、测长以及各执行装置的协调配合,平均控制响应时间为0.8 s。与人工穗长测量相比,两者误差为1.01%~1.16%,两者测量结果无显著性差异,水稻穗长测量系统能够较为精确地实现穗长测量。In response to the issues of high intensity,complex operations,and the susceptibility of measurement accuracy to human error in current rice trait analysis,a rice panicle length measurement system is developed based on a self-designed intelligent rice trait analysis platform which integrates the control logic coordinated by PLC and LabVIEW.The Legion Y7000 PC serves as the host computer and the Wecon LX3V PLC operates as the lower computer in this system.The system controls the screw motor to straighten the rice panicle with a force sensor and measures the length of the panicle with a high-precision encoder.Real-time collection,monitoring,and recording of rice panicle length information and force sensor information are achieved.Panicle length measurement tests are conducted on Late Indica 98 and Changnong Japonica 3 rice panicles.The tests show that the system,through the coordinated control of the host computer and the PLC,effectively facilitates panicle stretching,length measurement,and the coordination of various actuators,with an average control response time of 0.8 s.Compared with manual panicle length measurement,the maximum error between the two is between 1.01% and 1.16%.The result shows that there is no significant difference between the two measurement methods.The rice panicle length measurement system can accurately measure the panicle length.
