维生素AD联合孟鲁司特钠及布地奈德对支气管哮喘患儿的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析维生素AD联合孟鲁司特钠及布地奈德在支气管哮喘患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年2月通城县人民医院接诊的80例支气管哮喘患儿作为研究对象,以随机数表法分成对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组以孟鲁司特钠片联合布地奈德疗法,观察组在对照组基础上给予维生素AD。比较两组患儿的疗效、症状改善时间、炎症因子[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)]及免疫功能(IgE、IgA、IgG)水平。结果:治疗前,两组炎症因子、免疫功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组炎症因子水平均下降,且观察组下降幅度更明显,两组免疫功能指标中IgE均下降,观察组下降更明显,IgG和IgA均上升,观察组上升更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组症状改善时间短于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在支气管哮喘患儿的临床治疗中联合用药维生素AD、孟鲁司特钠片和布地奈德可改善其免疫功能,降低炎症反应,可有效促进患儿的临床症状快速改善,提高治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the application effect of Vitamin AD combined with Montelukast Sodium and Budesonide in children with bronchial asthma.Method:A total of 80 children with bronchial asthma admitted to People's Hospital of Tongcheng County from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Montelukast Sodium and Budesonide,and the observation group was treated with Vitamin AD on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,symptom improvement time,inflammatory factors[high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8)]and immune function(IgE,IgA,IgG)levels of the two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the inflammatory factors and immune function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in both groups decreased,and the decrease amplitude was more obvious in the observation group;IgE in immune function indexes in both groups decreased,and the decrease was more obvious in the observation group,while IgG and IgA both increased,and the increase was more obvious in the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom improvement time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vitamin AD combined with Montelukast Sodium and Budesonide can improve the immune function of children with bronchial asthma,reduce the inflammatory response,promote the rapid improvement of clinical symptoms,and improve the treatment effect.
