专职化小组联合责任制护理在急性肺栓塞溶栓治疗患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨专职化小组联合责任制护理在急性肺栓塞溶栓治疗患者中的应用。方法:选取2018年10月—2023年10月南京鼓楼医院集团宿迁医院收治的72例急性肺栓塞溶栓治疗患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各36例。对照组给予责任制护理,观察组给予专职化小组联合责任制护理,比较两组凝血功能、血气指标、自我管理能力、护理质量及护理满意度。结果:观察组干预后D-二聚体(D-D)、凝血调节蛋白(TM)、肺动脉收缩压(PASP)低于对照组,收缩压(SBP)、动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、自我效能感评分、自我管理行为评分、护理质量各维度评分高于对照组,护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:专职化小组联合责任制护理能改善急性肺栓塞溶栓治疗患者凝血功能、血气指标,提高自我管理能力、护理质量及护理满意度。Objective:To investigate the application of dedicated team combined with responsibility nursing in patients with acute pulmonary embolism undergoing thrombolytic therapy.Method:A total of 72 patients with acute pulmonary embolism undergoing thrombolytic therapy who admitted to Suqian Hospital of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital Group from October 2018 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given responsibility nursing,and the observation group was given dedicated team combined with responsibility nursing,the coagulation function,blood gas indexes,self-management ability,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Result:The D-dimer(D-D),thrombomodulin(TM)and pulmonary artery systolic pressure(PASP)in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group,the systolic blood pressure(SBP),arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2)),self-efficacy score,self-management ability score and each dimension of nursing quality scores were higher than those in the control group,and the total nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dedicated team combined with responsibility nursing can improve the coagulation function and blood gas indexes of patients with acute pulmonary embolism undergoing thrombolytic therapy,improve self-management ability,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.
