手术室护理在单侧双通道内镜辅助腰椎滑脱手术中的质量控制研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨手术室护理在单侧双通道内镜辅助腰椎滑脱手术中的质量控制。方法:选取2022年3月—2024年3月镇江三五九医院收治的82例腰椎滑脱手术患者,随机将其分为观察组(n=41)及对照组(n=41)。所有患者均给予单侧双通道内镜辅助腰椎滑脱手术,对照组在围手术期实行常规护理手段,观察组在对照组基础上实施手术室护理。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、护理质量评分、术后并发症(切口感染、肺部感染、硬膜外血肿)发生风险。结果:两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,观察组术中出血量更少,住院时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后ODI评分及VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理环境、护理文书、行为规范评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,观察组心理护理、护理操作、健康教育、安全管理评分显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用手术室护理在单侧双通道内镜辅助腰椎滑脱手术中有助于改进手术相关指标,减轻疼痛并增强腰椎功能,同时也能有效提升护理质量,降低术后并发症风险,应当给予高度关注。Objective:To explore the quality control of operating room nursing in unilateral double-channel endoscopie-assisted lumbar spondylolisthesis surgery.Method:A total of 82 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis surgery admitted to Zhenjiang 359 Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were randomly divided into observation group(n=41)and control group(n=41).All patients were given unilateral double-channel endoscope-assisted lumbar spondylolisthesis surgery,and the control group was given routine nursing measures during perioperative period,while the observation group was given operating room nursing on the basis of the control group.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)score,pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score,nursing quality score and the risk of postoperative complications(incision infection,pulmonary infection,epidural hematoma)were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less and hospitalization time was shorter in the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ODI score and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of nursing environment,nursing documents and behavioral norms between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of psychological nursing,nursing operation,health education and safety management in the observation group were significantly higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Using operating room nursing in unilateral and double-channel endoscopic-assisted lumbar spondylolisthesis surgery is helpful to improve operationrelated indexes,relieve p
