摘　　要：高血压作为一种常见的慢性疾病,临床上多以原发性高血压(essential hypertension,EH)为主,是心脑血管疾病的独立危险因素,严重影响着人类的生命健康。但高血压的病理生理学机制尚未完全阐明,涉及肾脏、脑等多个器官,而氧化应激被认为是参与高血压发生发展的重要因素之一。近年来大量研究发现针刺在调控氧化应激治疗高血压过程中发挥重大作用,针刺通过减少活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)的产生、提高抗氧化能力、作用于氧化还原信号通路调控氧化应激,可改善血管功能,调节神经、免疫、肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system,RAAS)以降压和保护靶器官。因此,阐明针刺调控氧化应激治疗高血压的作用机制十分有必要。本文对氧化应激在高血压病理中的作用和近来有关针刺通过调控氧化应激以降压和保护靶器官的作用机制及疗效做一综述。As a common chronic disease,hypertension is mainly characterized by essential hypertension(EH),which is an independent risk factor of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and seriously affects human life and health.However,the pathophysiological mechanism of hypertension has not been fully clarified,involving kidney,brain and other organs,and oxidative stress is considered to be one of the important factors involved in the occurrence and development of hypertension.In recent years,a large number of studies have found that acupuncture plays an important role in regulating oxidative stress in the treatment of hypertension.Acupuncture regulates oxidative stress by reducing the production of reactive oxygen species(ROS),increasing the level of antioxidant enzymes,and acting on redox signaling pathways regulate oxidative stress.It can improve vascular function,regulate the functions of nervous,immune,renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS)to reduce blood pressure and protect target organs.Therefore,it is necessary to elucidate the mechanism of acupuncture regulating oxidative stress in the treatment of hypertension.This article reviews the role of oxidative stress in the pathology of hypertension and the mechanism and efficacy of acupuncture in reducing blood pressure and protecting target organs by regulating oxidative stress recently.
