摘　　要：老年髋部骨折被称为“人生的最后一次骨折”,老年股骨转子间骨折属于骨质疏松骨折中常见且严重的类型,患此病症的老人面临死亡和失去自理能力的风险极高,同时治疗费用也颇为昂贵。及早的手术治疗是改善患者生活质量和减少并发症的有效方式。闭合复位髓内固定是手术的有效方式,但不同的髓内钉选择在术后的早期功能锻炼、康复效果上存在明显差异。本文将回顾不同的内固定治疗及股骨近端仿生髓内钉的应用进展。Hip fractures in the elderly are known as the"last fracture of life",and intertrochanteric fractures of the elderly femur are a common and serious type of osteoporotic fracture,which puts the elderly at high risk of death and loss of self-care,and is also expensive to treat.Early surgical treatment is an effective way to improve patients'quality of life and reduce complications.Closed reduction and intramedullary fixation is an effective surgical method,but different choices of intramedullary nailing have significant differences in the early postoperative functional exercise and rehabilitation effects.This article reviews the progress of different internal fixation treatments and the application of bionic nails in the proximal femur.
