优化护理急救流程对识别和处理胸痛胸闷的急性心肌梗死患者的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨优化护理急救流程对识别和处理胸痛胸闷的急性心肌梗死患者的临床价值,促进医疗服务质量的整体提升。方法在2023年03月到2024年03月期间,选择本院收治的96例急性心肌梗死患者,随机分为研究组、对照组(各48例),并分别予常规急诊护理流程、优化护理急救流程。比较抢救时间、心功能指标,不良情绪变化(用汉密尔顿焦虑量表HAMA评分和汉密尔顿抑郁量表HAMD评分)和护理满意度。结果研究组抢救时间和心功能指标明显优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学差异。研究组不良情绪的HAMA和HAMD评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学差异。此外,研究组护理满意度明显优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学差异。结论优化护理急救流程在提高急性心肌梗死患者抢救效率、降低不良情绪、提升护理满意度等方面具有重要的临床应用价值,推广其在临床实践中的应用有助于改善患者的治疗效果和护理体验。Objective To explore the clinical value of optimizing the nursing emergency process for identifying and managing acute myocardial infarction patients with chest pain and chest tightness,and to promote the overall improvement of the quality of medical services.Methods Ninety-six patients who had been hospitalized to our hospital between March 2023 and March 2024 due to an acute myocardial infarction were randomly assigned to one of two groups:the study group(48 cases)or the control group(48 cases),and they received emergency care according to standard protocol or optimized protocol,respectively.Comparisons were made between the resuscitation duration,cardiac function indexes,adverse emotional changes(measured by the Hamilton Depression Scale HAMD score and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale HAMA score),and nursing satisfaction.Results The study group outperformed the control group in terms of both rescue time and cardiac function indices(P<0.05).The HAMA and HAMD scores of negative emotions in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,there was a statistically significant difference in the study group′s nurse satisfaction compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Optimizing the nursing emergency process has important clinical application value in improving the resuscitation efficiency of patients with acute myocardial infarction,reducing adverse emotions,and enhancing nursing satisfaction,etc.Promoting its application in clinical practice can help to improve the therapeutic effect and nursing experience of patients.
