摘　　要：目的观察铜砭刮痧联合情志干预对带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)患者疼痛的影响。方法选择2021年12月至2023年12月无锡市中医医院疼痛科126例PHN患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(63例)、干预组(63例)。所有患者均予常规基础治疗,对照组在此基础上予常规疼痛管理、心理疏导等干预,干预组在对照组基础上采用铜砭刮痧联合情志干预。比较2组心理状态、疼痛程度、睡眠质量和生活质量。结果干预后,2组抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS-21)各项评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且干预组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,2组疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)疼痛分级均低于干预前(P<0.05),且干预组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后2组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分及皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且干预组评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论铜砭刮痧联合情志干预能够改善PHN患者的心理状态,减轻其疼痛程度,同时有助于提高患者睡眠质量和生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of copper needle scraping combined with emotional intervention on the pain level of patients with postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods A total of 126 patients with PHN admitted to Department of Pain,Wuxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were assigned into control group(n=63)and intervention group(n=63)by a random number table.On the basis of conventional Western medicine and nursing intervention(pain management,psychological counseling),those in the intervention group additionally received copper needle scraping combined with emotional intervention.The key observation was the psychological state,pain level,quality of sleep and life of the two groups.Results After intervention,the both groups had significantly lower the scores of Depression Anxiety Stress Scales-21(DASS-21),Visual Analog Scale(VAS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI),and which in the intervention group were more pronounced relative to the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Copper needle scraping combined with emotional intervention can improve the psychological state of PHN patients,it may relieve their pain level,thus helping to improve the quality of sleep and life in patients.
