摘 要:骨质疏松症(osteoporosis, OP)与冠状动脉粥样硬化型心脏病(coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, CAHD)是严重威胁中老年人健康的两种疾病。骨骼中的钙丢失增加而血管壁中的钙沉积增多,骨骼与血管壁中就产生了钙化矛盾。而炎症在此过程的发生发展中发挥着重要作用,二者在主要发病机制方面可能存在共性,即炎症因子机制。本文通过现代分子生物学视角下深入探索炎症在骨质疏松及冠心病的可能机制,总结了近年来基于炎症角度出发针对骨血管轴的可行解决方案。Osteoporosis(OP)and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CAHD)are two diseases that seriously threaten the health of middle-aged and elderly people.The more calcium loss from the bones increases,the more calcium deposits in the blood vessel wall,resulting in a calcification paradox between the bone and the blood vessel wall.Inflammation plays an important role in the occurrence and development of this process,and there may be a commonality-inflammatory factor mechanism in the main pathogenesis of the two.In this review,we explore the possible mechanisms of inflammation in osteoporosis and coronary heart disease from the perspective of modern molecular biology,and summarize the feasible solutions for the bone-vascular axis from the perspective of inflammation in recent years.
