摘　　要：目的分析2015—2022年上海市嘉定区手足口病流行病学分布和时空聚集性特征,为手足口病防控工作和精准施策提供依据。方法从中国疾病预防控制中心传染病报告信息管理系统收集手足口病例数据,采用描述性流行病学分析手足口病的三间分布特征,使用SaTScan 10.1软件进行以乡镇街道为空间单位,30 d为时间单位的时空聚集性分析。利用ArcGIS 10.8软件对结果进行可视化呈现。结果嘉定区手足口病流行具有明显的季节性,夏季高峰为4-7月,秋季高峰为9-11月。男性发病多于女性(1.47∶1),0~5岁病例占总病例的88.37%。通过时空扫描分析,2015—2022年嘉定区手足口病每年都有1~3个聚集区,主要聚集中心在南翔镇、马陆镇和江桥镇等地。结论嘉定区手足口病发病率总体呈现下降趋势,病例存在时空聚集性,应以此为指导,针对手足口病的重点防控区域和时间段,加强各项防控工作。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and spatiotemporal clustering of hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)in Jiading district of Shanghai from 2015 to 2022,and provide evidence for the precise prevention and control of HFMD.Methods The incidence data of HFMD in Jiading from 2015 to 2022 were collected from the infectious disease reporting information management system of Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention for a descriptive epidemiological analysis.Software saTScan 10.1 was used to analyze the monthly spatiotemporal clustering of HFMD at township level.Software ArcGIS 10.8 was used to visualize the results.Results The annual incidence of HFMD in Jiading showed seasonality,with the peak during April-July and the sub-peak during September-November.The case count was higher in men than in women(1.47:1),and the cases in children under 5 years old accounted for 88.37%of the total.Spatiotemporal scanning analysis indicated that there were 1-3 clustering of HFMD cases every year in Jiading from 2015 to 2022,and the main clustering areas were Nanxiang,Malu,Jiangqiao.Conclusion The overall incidence rate of HFMD in Jiading showed a decreasing trend,and had spatiotemporal clustering.It is necessary to strengthen prevention and control of HFMD in key areas and periods with high incidence of HFMD.
