摘　　要：村集体经济发展不仅是巩固脱贫攻坚成果的重要保障,更是实现乡村振兴的坚强支柱。村集体组织在充分发挥自身优势、因地制宜结合当地资源禀赋中,大力推进农村产业振兴发展,为村集体经济的高质量发展注入新鲜血液。永福县在乡村振兴战略推动下,村集体经济发展突飞猛进,农民生活质量显著提升,但仍存在农村基层党组织管理滞后、村集体经济人才匮乏、基础设施薄弱、村集体经济收入来源单一和发展不平衡等问题。针对永福县村集体经济发展状况与问题,提出了加强组织领导、科学规划发展思路、强化人才队伍保障、加强集体经济基础建设和拓宽村集体经济发展渠道等推动永福县村集体经济可持续发展的对策建议。Village collective economic development is not only an important guarantee to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,but also a strong pillar to achieve rural revitalization.Village collective organizations,in giving full play to their own advantages and combining local resource endowments according to local conditions,vigorously promote the revitalization and development of rural industries,and inject fresh blood into the high-quality development of village collective economy.In Yongfu county of Guangxi,under the promotion of rural revitalization strategy,the village collective economy has developed rapidly,and the quality of life of farmers has been significantly improved,but there are still problems such as backward management of rural grassroots Party organizations,lack of village collective economic talents,weak infrastructure,single source of income and unbalanced development of village collective economy.In view of the situation and problems of village collective economic development in Yongfu county,countermeasures on promoting the sustainable development of village collective economy in Yongfu county were put forward from strengthening organizational leadership,scientific planning of development ideas,strengthening the guarantee of talent team,strengthening the construction of collective economic infrastructure and broadening the channel of collective economic development.
