摘 要:近年来,中国猪舍建设布局由“平面化”转为“多层立体化”发展。在多层猪舍结构设计中,结构荷载取值不仅影响着多层猪舍的结构安全,还影响着多层猪舍的资金投入。为杜绝结构中存在的安全隐患,避免造成固定资产和生物资产的双重损失,需对多层猪舍结构荷载进行精准取值。目前缺乏针对多层猪舍结构荷载取值的相关标准,平层猪舍标准又无法解决“多层猪舍”建设中存在的突出问题。本研究针对多层猪舍的不同生长阶段的猪只重量、养殖工艺及设备、粪沟及不同粪污清运方式、饲料暂存等进行简要分析,初步探究多层猪舍结构设计荷载取值要点及难点问题。多层猪舍主要因工艺流程尚不完善、生产设备不统一及建设标准尚未建立等问题,导致结构荷载取值无法实现统一标准及精准加载。在今后的建设发展中,需继续完善和规范养殖工艺流程,聚焦智能化、轻简化的设施设备,从而实现更合理更精准的多层猪舍结构荷载取值。Recently,the construction layout of pig houses in China has transfer to"multi-layer and all vertical way"from"planarization".In the design of multi-story pig houses,the value of structural load affects not only the structural safety of the multi-story pig house but also the funding investment of the multistory pig house.To eliminate safety hazards in the structure and avoid double losses of fixed assets and biological assets,it is necessary to accurately determine the load on the multi-story pig house structure.At present,there is a lack of relevant standards for the load values of multistory pig houses,and the standard for flat story pig houses cannot solve the prominent problems in the construction of multi-story pig houses.This article provided a brief analysis of the weight of pigs in different growth stages of multi-layer pig houses,breeding techniques and equipment,manure ditches and different methods of manure removal,and temporary storage of feed,and a preliminary exploration of the key points and difficult issues in the design load values of multi-story pig houses.The main problems of multi-story pig houses are incomplete process flow,inconsistent production equipment,and lack of established construction standards,which result in the inability to achieve unified and accurate loading of structural load values.In the future construction and development,it is necessary to continue to improve and standardize the breeding process,focus on intelligent and simplified facilities and equipment,so as to achieve more reasonable and accurate load values for multi-layer pig houses.
