摘 要:本研究探析玉米育种技术领域全球研究发展动态,为科研人员和决策管理者了解本领域研究现状,掌握研究热点和前沿方向,为未来研究方向和政策制定提供参考和借鉴。本研究基于Web of Science核心合集数据库,以玉米育种技术七大领域(分子标记辅助选择、基因编辑、转基因技术、载体构建、单倍体育种、基因组选择、杂种优势)为主题,利用Derwent Data Analyzer和CiteSpace从发文趋势、学科领域、重点国家、重要机构、高被引论文、高发文期刊、研究热点和前沿多维度对1995—2023年玉米育种技术文献展开全面挖掘分析。结果表明:玉米育种技术是世界上重要的研究领域,受国内外学者高度重视且硕果累累,全球年度发文量呈逐年上升趋势;中国在玉米育种技术领域表现突出,仅次于发达国家美国,但影响力尚待进一步提高;基因组选择、基因组编辑、苏云金芽孢杆菌和实时荧光定量核酸扩增检测系统,既是研究前沿又是研究热点,是玉米育种技术领域的重中之重,值得广大科研工作者及相关管理部门重视。The study was conducted to analyze the scientific development trends in the field of maize breeding technology in the world,in order to help researchers and decision-makers understand the global development status of this field,grasp the research hotspots and frontiers,and provide reference and inspiration for the future research directions and policy formulation.Based on Web of Science Core Collection Database,this article took seven major areas of maize breeding technology(molecular marker assisted selection,gene editing,transgenic technology,vector construction,haploid breeding,genomic selection,and hybrid vigor)as the theme,using Derwent Data Analyzer and CiteSpace,a comprehensive mining and analysis of maize breeding technology literature from 1995 to 2023 was conducted from multiple dimensions including publication trends,disciplinary fields,key countries,important institutions,highly cited papers,highly published journals,research hotspots,and frontiers.The result showed that maize breeding technology is currently an important research field in the world,which has attracted the great attention of a wide range of scholars and got innumerable great achievements,and the annual global publication volume has shown an increasing trend year by year.China has shown outstanding performance in the field of maize breeding technology,second only to the developed countries such as the United States,but the influence still needs to be further improved.Genomic selection,genome editing,bacillus thuringiensis and real-time PCR are both research hotspots and frontiers,and the paramount importance in the field of maize breeding technology,which deserve the attention of researchers and relevant management departments.
