摘 要:针对现有苹果采收技术存在的机械化程度低、损伤率高等问题,结合现有的苹果种植密度高、果树矮小的标准化种植模式,研制了一款苹果采收综合作业车。该综合作业车由履带式移动车、自动升降平台、采摘机械手、多级输送机构、自动分拣机构、多方位收集系统等构成,能实现全自动采摘动作,采摘的效率大大提高,采用可逆转电动机驱动收集小车,实现收集的自动化。Aiming at the problems of low mechanization degree and high damage rate of the existing apple harvesting technology,a comprehensive apple harvesting truck was developed in combination with the standardized planting mode of high apple planting density and short fruit trees in China.The comprehensive operation vehicle was composed of crawler mobile vehicle,automatic lifting platform,picking manipulator,multistage conveying mechanism,automatic sorting mechanism,multi-directional collection system,etc.,which could realize automatic picking action and greatly improve the efficiency of picking.The collection car was driven by reversible motor to realize the automation of collection.
