摘  要:为提升谷子收获机脱粒装置的脱粒效果,从凹板筛筛条间距、滚筒转速、脱粒间隙等角度,对谷子收获脱粒装置进行改进设计,并根据改进设计参数进行了实地试验。结果显示:当凹板筛筛条间距为7~15 mm时,随着凹板筛筛条间距的增大,未脱净损失和夹带损失逐渐增大;滚筒转速830~976 r/min时,随着滚筒转速的增大,损失率逐渐降低,但变化幅度不大;滚筒脱粒间隙为7~13 mm时,随着滚筒脱粒间隙的降低,谷子损失率逐渐减小,未脱粒损失下降明显,但当滚筒脱粒间隙为7 mm时滚筒出现了明显的运转不畅通现象。试验结果验证了脱粒装置改进的合理性,建议实际生产中前滚筒脱粒间隙应≥7 mm。In order to improve the discoupling effect of grain harvester,the grain discoupling device used in the market was improved from the angles of the distance between the screen bars of the concave plate,the rotating speed of the drum and the threshing gap,and the field test was carried out according to the improved design parameters.The results showed that the unstripped loss and entrainment loss increase with the increase of the spacing between the concave screen strips when the spacing between the concave screen strips is 7~15 mm.When the cylinder speed was 830-976 r/min,the loss rate decreases gradually with the increase of the cylinder speed,but the change was not large.When the drum threshing clearance was 7~13 mm,the grain loss rate gradually decreases with the decrease of the drum detach clearance,and the non-detach loss decreases obviously,but when the drum detach clearance was 7 mm,the drum had an obvious phenomenon of unsmooth operation.The test results verify the rationality of the improvement of the disconnecting device,and it was suggested that the disconnecting gap of the front drum should be≥7 mm in actual production.
