智能羊舍环境控制及恒温供水系统效果分析

摘　　要：在介绍羊养殖对环境需求的基础上,设计了以PLC为核心,利用前端传感器采集到的数据对羊舍的内部环境、水循环、加热系统进行智能化控制的智能羊舍。实践验证得知,所设计的智能羊舍实现了对环境的有效控制,利用太阳能集热板、相变材料对饮用水进行加热,可以提供15~25℃的不间断水源,羊只的发病率减少50%以上。Based on the introduction of environmental requirements in sheep breeding,an intelligent sheep house was designed with PLC as the core and the data collected by the front-end sensor was used to intelligently control the internal environment,water circulation and heating system of the sheep house.Practice has proved that the designed intelligent sheep house had realized effective control of the environment,and the use of solar panels and phase change materials to heat drinking water could provide an uninterrupted water source of 15~25℃,and the incidence of sheep has been reduced by more than 50%.
