摘 要:为筛选盐碱微环境改良物质和确定最佳质量比,利用模拟盐水优选和确定复合土壤调理剂中硫酸亚铁、枯草芽孢杆菌、生物有机肥、凹凸棒石和酒糟的最佳质量比与添加量,并利用盆栽试验评价其对真实土壤盐碱环境的改良效果。结果表明:复合土壤调理剂中硫酸亚铁、枯草芽孢杆菌、生物有机肥、凹凸棒石和酒糟的最佳质量比为0.4∶0.5∶2∶3∶2,最佳添加量为1.5 g。盆栽试验表明,复合土壤调理剂改良后的土壤,pH值降至7.79,EC值降至630μs/cm(出芽后);上海青成熟后株高为13.1 cm,叶绿素含量为56.64,地上部分鲜质量为84.3 g。综上所述,施入凹凸棒石、生物有机肥、复合改良剂和硫酸亚铁均可以减轻土壤的盐碱化程度,复合土壤调理剂对盐碱环境的改良效果优于单施硫酸亚铁、生物有机肥和凹凸棒。To screen the saline-alkali microenvironment improvement substances and determine the optimal mass ratio,this paper used the optimal quality ratio and adding amount of ferrous sulfate,Bacillus subtilis,biological organic fertilizer,attapulgite and evaluates the improvement effect on the real soil saline-alkali environment.The results showed that the best quality ratio of ferrous sulfate,Bacillus subtilis,biological organic fertilizer,attapulite and distiller in compound soil conditioner was 0.4∶0.5∶2∶3∶2,and the best addition amount was 1.5 g.The pot experiment showed that the pH value decreased to 7.79,the EC value decreased to 630μs/cm(after budding),the plant height of Brassica rapa after ripening was 13.1 cm,the chlorophyll content was 56.64,and the fresh weight of the ground part was 84.3 g.In conclusion,the application of attapulgite,biological organic fertilizer,compound conditioner and ferrous sulfate could reduce the degree of soil salinization,and the improvement effect of compound soil conditioner on salinealkali environment was better than that of single ferrous sulfate,biological organic fertilizer and concapulgite.
