套袋对红阳猕猴桃果实品质及贮藏性的影响

摘  要:聚焦红阳猕猴桃,通过实施红色单层袋、深黄色单层袋、外红里黑复合袋和浅黄色单层袋4种不同的套袋处理,系统评估了不同颜色及类型的套袋处理对果实品质及贮藏性能的影响。研究发现:恰当的套袋处理既能显著提升红阳猕猴桃的单果质量、干物质含量、可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量及抗坏血酸(AsA)水平,又能有效降低可滴定酸含量、果实硬度及色度值,有助于维持或延长果实的贮藏寿命。其中,深黄色单层袋处理表现最为优异,处理的果实品质上乘且耐贮藏,贮藏期相比其他处理也延长了7 d以上。浅黄色单层袋处理在提升AsA含量方面亦展现出显著优势,而红色单层袋处理则整体表现一般。Focusing on Hongyang Actinidia chinensis,the effects of different colors and types of bagging on fruit quality and storage performance were systematically evaluated by using four different bagging treatments:red single bag,dark yellow single bag,red inside black compound bag and light yellow single bag.It was found that proper bagging treatment could not only significantly improve the single fruit weight,dry matter content,soluble solid content,soluble sugar content and ascorbic acid(AsA)level,but also effectively reduce titrable acid content,fruit hardness and color value,which was conducive to maintaining or extending the storage life of fruit.Among them,the dark yellow single-layer bag treatment has the best performance,and the fruit treated not only has good quality and storage resistance,but also extends the storage period for more than 7 days compared with other treatments.The light yellow single-layer bag treatment also showed a significant advantage in increasing AsA content,while the red single-layer bag treatment showed an overall average performance.
