2种氨基酸肥料对香菜生长的影响

摘  要:为了验证秦皇岛沣瑞生物科技开发有限公司所生产的2种含氨基酸水溶肥在香菜上的实际效果,以大叶香菜品质为试验材料,在常规施肥(50 kg/667 m^(2)复合肥,CK)的基础上增施氨基酸水溶肥,客观评价氨基酸水溶肥对香菜的影响。结果表明,以缬氨酸为主体水溶肥处理的香菜8个指标均高于CK,在缬氨酸施用量为5 kg/667 m^(2)时,香菜的地上部鲜质量最高为5.77 g,较对照提高57.98%;以丙氨酸为主体水溶肥的处理除施用量为5 kg/667 m^(2)的茎粗低于CK外,其他处理的各性状均高于CK,在施用量为8 kg/667 m^(2)时,香菜的地上部鲜质量最高为12.42 g,较对照提高72.34%。由此可知,以缬氨酸与丙氨酸为主体的2种氨基酸肥料对香菜生长有不同程度的促进作用,其中在施用量为5 kg/667 m^(2)与8 kg/667 m^(2)时效果最好。In order to verify the practical effects of two kinds of water-soluble fertilizer containing amino acids on Coriandrum sativum produced by Qinhuangdao Fengrui Biotechnology Development Co.,Ltd.,using Coriandrum sativum as experimental material,the application of amino acid water-soluble fertilizer on Coriandrum sativum was objectively evaluated on the basis of conventional fertilization(50 kg/667 m^(2) compound fertilizer,CK).The results showed that the 8 indexes of water-soluble fertilizer treated with valine as the main body were higher than CK.When the valine application rate was 5 kg/667 m^(2),the highest fresh weight of Coriandrum sativum was 5.77 g,which was significantly increased by 57.98%compared with the control next week.In the treatment of water-soluble fertilizer with alanine as main body,the stem diameter of the treatment was lower than that of CK except that the stem diameter of the treatment with 5 kg/667 m^(2) was lower than that of CK,and the above ground fresh weight of coriander was the highest 12.42 g when the application amount was 8 kg/667 m^(2),which was 72.34%higher than that of the control.Therefore,the two amino acid fertilizers with valine and alanine as the main body could promote the growth of Coriandrum sativum to different degrees,and the best effect is when the application amount is 5 kg/667 m^(2) and 8 kg/667 m^(2).
