摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的提高,人们越来越关注农产品中农药残留和食品的安全性,蕹菜作为揭阳市的主要蔬菜品种之一,推广蕹菜化肥农药减量增效栽培技术十分重要。基于此,在揭阳市蕹菜栽培现状的基础上,深入探讨了蕹菜化肥农药减量增效栽培技术,以期为当地蕹菜的栽培提供科学的技术参考。Ipomoea aquatica was the main vegetable variety in Jieyang City,so it is very important to promote the cultivation technology of reducing fertilizer and pesticide amount and increasing efficiency.Based on the present situation of Ipomoea aquatica cultivation in Jieyang City,the technology of reducing fertilizer and pesticide and increasing efficiency was discussed in order to provide scientific and technical reference for local Ipomoea aquatica cultivation.
