摘 要:近年来,纳米氧化锌(ZnO NPs)开始作为新型植物生长调节剂被探索使用,低浓度ZnO NPs喷施对作物生长发育有积极的作用,但其浸种后对作物幼苗素质形成的影响并不清楚。因此,进行了ZnO NPs浸种影响水稻、小麦、玉米幼苗素质的探索,结果表明,ZnO NPs浸种的幼苗株高、基部茎粗、单株总叶面积、地上生物量、地下生物量显著增加,最终幼苗素质提升。Nanometer zinc oxide(ZnO NPs)has been used as a new type of plant growth regulator in recent years.Low concentration ZnO NPs spraying has a positive effect on the growth and development of crops,but its effect on the formation of crop seedling quality after seed immersion is not clear.Therefore,the effects of ZnO NPs soaking on seedling quality of rice,wheat and maize were investigated in this study.Results showed that the plant height,stem diameter,leaf area per plant,aboveground biomass and underground biomass significantly increased after ZnO NPs soaking,and the seedling quality finally improved.
