摘 要:研究铝胁迫对多年生黑麦草的影响,可为进一步探究黑麦草耐铝机制提供参考。以多年生黑麦草品种冬牧70为试验材料,设置5个AlCl_(3)浓度(0、0.2、0.5、1.0、5.0 mmol/L),研究不同浓度AlCl_(3)对多年生黑麦草幼苗生长的影响。结果显示:当氯化铝处理浓度为0.5 mmol/L时,多年生黑麦草幼苗株高、根长、地上部和根干质量和鲜质量、POD活性、CAT活性、叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量均降至最低,可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量达到最高。铝胁迫(AlCl_(3)浓度为0.2~5.0 mmol/L)下,多年生黑麦草能维持根中Cl-含量的稳定,在AlCl_(3)浓度为0.2~0.5 mmol/L处理下,多年生黑麦草的叶中Cl-保持稳定,当AlCl_(3)浓度达到1.0 mmol/L时,GSH-PX、POD和CAT会被显著活化,叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量显著增加。在AlCl_(3)浓度为0.5 mmol/L下,多年生黑麦草生长受到明显抑制,但随着AlCl_(3)处理浓度的逐渐上升,其各项生长指标又有逐渐恢复的趋势,并且Al_(3)+含量逐渐增加。The study on the effect of aluminum stress on perennial Lolium perenne could provide reference for further exploring the mechanism of aluminum tolerance in Lolium perenne.The effects of five AlCl_(3) concentrations on the growth of perennial Lolium perenne seedlings were studied by using perennial Lolium perenne Dongmu 70 as experimental material.The results showed that plant height,root length,aboveground and root dry and fresh weight,POD activity,CAT activity,chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b contents of perennial Lolium perenne seedlings decreased to the lowest,and soluble sugar and proline contents reached the highest when aluminum chloride treatment concentration was 0.5 mmol/L.Under aluminum stress(AlCl_(3) concentration of 0.2 to 5.0 mmol/L),perennial Lolium perenne could maintain the stable content of Cl-in roots.Under AlCl_(3) concentration of 0.2 to 0.5 mmol/L,the Cl-in leaves of perennial Lolium perenne remains stable.When the concentration of AlCl_(3) reached 1.0 mmol/L,the content of Cl-in leaves of perennial Lolium perenne remains stable.GSH-PX,POD and CAT were significantly activated,and the contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b were significantly increased.When the concentration of AlCl_(3) was 0.5 mmol/L,the growth of perennial Lolium perenne was significantly inhibited,but with the gradual increase of the concentration of AlCl_(3),the growth indexes of perennial Lolium perenne gradually recovered,and the content of Al_(3)+gradually increased.
