摘　　要：经过近三十年创作实践的不断磨砺,网络文学在人物塑造方面形成了一套独特的机制,既取得了显著的成就,也面临着一些争议。围绕网络文学人设、角色等相关话题,从生成机制、塑造特点、与传统文学人物塑造的比较等方面进行深入分析和探讨,可以深刻体验网络文学人物塑造在当代文化语境中真实性与虚拟性交映成辉的特征,并努力对其得失作出客观公正的评价。After nearly three decades of practice,online literature has formed a unique mechanism in character creation,which has achieved remarkably and also faced controversies.Focusing on topics such as online literature personality and roles,in-depth analysis and discussion from the aspects of generation mechanism,creation characteristics,and comparison with traditional literature character creation can deeply experience the characteristics of the reality and virtuality shining together in the contemporary cultural context of online literature character creation,and strive to make an objective and fair evaluation of its gains and losses.
