摘　　要：红色档案资源是中国共产党带领全国人民艰苦奋斗的历史见证,对传承红色基因、激发文化服务供给活力具有重要的现实意义。基于《关于推进实施国家文化数字化战略的意见》的具体要求,提出红色档案资源文化服务供给体系的概念,阐释红色档案资源文化服务供给体系在资源、产业和消费三个层面存在相互联系、相互作用的逻辑机理,然后分析红色档案资源文化服务供给体系建设的价值,最后从筑牢红色档案数据资源根基、发展红色档案文化新业态、打造红色档案全新服务场景方面提出红色档案资源文化服务供给体系的建设路径。The Red Archives resources are the historical witness of the Communist Party of China leading the people of the whole country to struggle hard,and have important practical significance for inheriting the red gene and stimulating the vitality of cultural service supply.Firstly,based on the specific requirements of opinions on promoting the implementation of the national cultural digitization strategy,the authors put forward the concept of the cultural service supply system of Red Archives resources,and explain the logical mechanism of the mutual connection and interaction of the cultural service supply system of Red Archives resources in the aspects of resources,industry and consumption.Then the value of the construction of the supply system of Red Archives resources and cultural services are analyzed.Finally,this paper puts forward the construction path of the cultural service supply system of Red Archives resources from the aspects of building the foundation of data resources,develop a new form of Red Archives culture and opening up new service scenarios.
