摘 要:光伏电站具有分布分散、占地面积广、设备数量多等特点。电站运维人员难以快速准确地定位故障并及时消缺,导致运维效率低下;数据分析人员需要耗费大量人力进行数据统计分析;集团管理人员无法对各电站运维人员做到及时有效的监督管理。这给业主的运维管理带来了诸多挑战,且难以保障预期收益。探讨了适用于光伏电站设备的状态监测技术和故障诊断方法,并分析了实际应用效果。结果表明,通过实施先进的状态监测和故障诊断技术,电站设备的可靠性和运行效率明显提升,非计划停机时间大幅减少,业主的投资收益也得到了保障。Photovoltaic power stations are characterized by widespread distribution,extensive land coverage and numerous equipment.These factors make it difficult for operation and maintenance personnel to quickly and accurately locate faults and eliminate them in a timely manner,resulting in low operational efficiency.Data analysts need to spend significant amount of labor on data statistical analysis,while managers struggle to supervise and manage the operation and maintenance personnel of each station effectively.These challenges pose significant difficulties for the owner's operation and maintenance management and make it difficult to ensure expected returns.This paper discusses status monitoring technology and fault diagnosis methods suitable for photovoltaic power station equipment and analyzes their practical applications effects.The results show that by implementing advanced status monitoring and fault diagnosis technologies,the reliability and operational efficiency of the station's equipment are significantly improved,unplanned downtime is greatly reduced,and the owner's investment returns are safeguarded.
